Board Members Keila M. Gilbert, Esquire, President
Ms. Gilbert developed her idea for the Alpha Resource Center in 1994 after experiencing her own difficult divorce. She worked as the lead attorney until the date when she transferred all of her general practice clientele to other attorneys and focused on managing the growth of the Company. Prior to opening the Alpha Resource Center, Ms. Gilbert worked at a general practice law firm based in Montgomery County. Ms. Gilbert is a graduate of University of Montana and Widener School of Law. R. Dennis Bowers, Ph.D.
R. Dennis Bowers, Ph.D. founder of Fidelity National Medical Solutions, Inc. has served as the Company's President and CEO since its inception. Dr. Bowers brings almost 40 years of senior healthcare management experience to the Company, including more than 20 years developing and managing regional, national and international healthcare networks on both the private and governmental side of the business. During his career to date, Dr. Bowers has served in the Nixon White House and as a healthcare consultant to four U.S. presidents, the World Health organization, the governments of 12 countries and five state governments. Over the course of the last 30 years he has founded five companies, three of which became publicly traded and another of which is in the process now of going public. Stephen W. Harris
Mr. Harris is a Founder, and a Vice President of Private Equity Management Company, and a General Partner of the TDH III partnership. He is also a founding Managing Principal of MidCoast Capital, LLC, a merchant bank focusing on the acquisition of private equity fund secondary interests as well as interests in private companies. He is or has been on a number of boards of directors, including Air Compak International, Lone Star Broadcasting, Apollo Metals, Ltd., Communication Systems Technology, Inc., Pro Active Therapy, Inc., Call Processing Solutions Inc., Enablx, Inc., Real Entertainment Group, Private Investors Forum and the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group. He participates in a number of pro bono activities such as Temple University's mentoring program, guest lecturing at the Wharton School, and numerous speaking engagements. He is a member of the investment committee for the Ben Franklin Partnership's Emerging Business Investment Program. Mr. Harris is the Founding Chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group's Community Ventures program. Mr. Roberts joined Alpha Resource Center as an affiliate in 2000 and the Board in 2000. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of LaSalle University with a degree in accounting. He has experience in estate planning, insurance consulting, and sales valuations. He owns a Certified Public Accounting firm in Doylestown, PA. Administration Carol McShane, Comptroller
Ms. McShane joined the Alpha Center for Divorce Mediation in 2002. Carol originates from the Bucks County area. She attended Bucks County Community College, majoring in accounting. Prior to her career with Alpha Center, she worked in the insurance industry. Carol is responsible for maintaining financial and accounting services for the Alpha Center. Darlene Pagán, Technology & Facilities Officer
Ms. Pagan joined the Alpha Resource Center, LLC in 2004. Prior to joining Alpha Resource Center, LLC Ms. Pagan held a variety of senior leadership and management positions in the technology, telecommunications, and health care industries. Ms. Pagan has over 30 years experience in various management positions focusing primarily on Operations, Accounts Receivable and Information Technology. She is a graduate of Delaware Valley College, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems Management. Claire Skidmore
Ms. Skidmore is a Computer Professional with over 25 years of experience, who provides hardware, software and training services to business owners, home users and seniors. She has supported Alpha's computer software and hardware needs since 1995. Claire encourages all computer users to have fun learning and to protect their investment with Anti-Virus software as well as data backups. Claire graduated with a BS in Mathematics from St. Lawrence University. Associates Nicole Anthony, LCSW
Nicole Anthony, M.S.W. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field for 13 years and has a private practice in Quakertown, Pa. She treats adolescents and adults using individual, couples/marital and family therapy modalities. Her areas of interest and expertise include working with children/adolescents and their parents concerning adjustment disorders, self esteem issues, behavior problems, and ADHD diagnoses. Francine Barbetta, Psy.D
Dr. Barbetta is a marriage and family therapist with two offices in Newtown and Levittown, PA. In addition to her practice, she is an adjunct professor of Human Sexuality and is the author of the book, "A Pebble In His Shoe: The Diary of a Straight Spouse." She specializes in forgiveness issues and works with couples and families to develop co-parenting skills. Reb Brooks, Ed.M.
Reb Brooks is a licensed psychologist who has been practicing in Central Bucks County since 1979. He provides individual, marital and family therapy in his practice in Doylestown and is certified in treating co-occurring disorders of mental illness and substance abuse. In addition to his practice, he provides workshops and training to both professionals and the community and has taught psychology related courses at Delaware Valley College for over 20 years. Mr. William Gardner graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011. He received his Master in Library Science from Drexel University in 2008. Additionally, Mr. Gardner volunteers at Legal Aid in Montgomery County, often working on custody cases. Mr. Gardner chose to work in the field of divorce mediation because he understands the impact of divorce and wants to assist families during this stressful time. Michael E. Hughes, Esquire
Mr. Michael Hughes graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1994. He received his Bachelors of Science from St. Joseph’s University in 1988. After graduating from law school, Mr. Hughes worked as a law clerk for almost two years for two Montgomery County Common Pleas Judges. He gained significant experience in civil matters which included divorce, equitable distribution, custody, alimony and child support. Kim Gianitsos, MFT
Ms. Gianitsos is a graduate of Hahnemann University Graduate School with a Masters Degree of Family Therapy. She has an undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has many years of experience working with children and their families as a consulting counselor in area school districts. Ms. Gianitsos is a therapist-mediator for the Alpha Resource Center. Dr. Goode is a graduate of the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. She is in private practice in center city Philadelphia. She specializes in working with families adjusting to divorce and helping parents develop CO-parenting skills. Dr. Goode has worked with divorcing parents and families for ten years.
Janice G. Pastor, Esquire, M.S.WMs. Pastor received her J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. She also received a Master of Social Work degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Social Work and has a background in family counseling and human resources management. Before joining the Alpha Center, Ms. Pastor practiced with an estate planning law firm and served as a mediator settling child custody matters at the Domestic Relations Court in Philadelphia. She is the Secretary and a Board Member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
Scott A. Rudolph, CPA
Mr. Rudolph is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania who specializes in providing tax planning and preparation services for divorcing couples, small business owners and individuals. He has taken extensive continuing education courses specifically geared towards the tax ramifications of the divorce process. Mr. Rudolph is very passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of his clients, friends and associates. He strongly believes that our experiences (good and bad) are a learning tool to be shared to benefit others. Cindy Theirs has been in the field of counseling psychology for eight years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University. Cindy's background encompasses the community mental health system, crisis intervention, drug and alcohol treatment and assessment, group, individual, and family therapy. She has experience working with children, couples, addictions, eating disorders, clients with a history of physical, emotional, and sexual trauma, and forensic psychology. Cindy works as a crisis worker for Lenape Valley Foundation at both Doylestown Hospital and Lower Bucks; in addition, she has a private practice in Doylestown working with clients and their families on a variety of issues. She enjoys working with families and children to resolve conflicts and family issues and is skilled in working with both intact and divorced families. Debbie Y. Schneider, Esquire
Ms. Yoder Schneider was born and raised in the Midwest. She is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. She has many years of experience practicing in all areas of matrimonial law, including working for judges presiding over all phases of family court matters.
