Legal Success One of the keys to keeping stress out of marriage is to be proactive about the issues that have the potential to cause stress. Legal issues seem to pop up out of nowhere and bring with them plenty of confusion, anxiety and marital stress. The goal of this course is to alert couples to all of the potential issues and guide them to take steps to reduce the negative impact these issues can have on their lives. Areas covered include, asset ownership, debt obligations, insurance protection, estate planning, contracts and lawsuits. Valuable insight into how to find the right attorney and what to expect from them is also addressed. A legal checklist is available for downloading to assist couples in doing an annual. Parenting Success Let's face it; marriage comes with its own stumbling blocks. Then, a couple decides to become parents. There are many issues couples must take into consideration when adding children to their family. We will discuss the parental relationship, what children learn from their parents' interactions, along with the financial stresses associated with raising children.
