EXPERIENCE:
Worked 36 years as an IRS Appeals Office in Newark, NJ prior to retiring from the IRS in December of 2005. In that position, considered and settled without litigation thousands of tax disputes involving corporations, partnerships and individuals. I also worked evenings for several years as an instructor of accounting at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. Since retiring from the IRS, I am self-employed as a CPA and Enrolled Agent with a practice limited to tax preparation, tax audit representation and tax planning.
