
Nicole Anthony, M.S.W. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field for 13 years and has a private practice in Quakertown, Pa. She treats adolescents and adults using individual, couples/marital and family therapy modalities. Her areas of interest and expertise include working with children/adolescents and their parents concerning adjustment disorders, self esteem issues, behavior problems, and ADHD diagnoses.

Ms. Ayer began her career as a high school English teacher. She next worked for the state of Pennsylvania as an editor of state laws. Subsequently, she has law clerked for a family law judge, has had experience in working for family law firms, and has worked as a legal analyst and auditor for state agencies. Joan is a graduate of Penn State University and Widener School of Law.

Dr. Barbetta is a marriage and family therapist with two offices in Newtown and Levittown, PA. In addition to her practice, she is an adjunct professor of Human Sexuality and is the author of the book, "A Pebble In His Shoe: The Diary of a Straight Spouse." She specializes in forgiveness issues and works with couples and families to develop co-parenting skills.

Mr. Bromborsky received his BA in accounting from Upsala College in New Jersey and a Masters in taxation from Pace University in New York. Mr. Bromborsky brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and auditing and extensive tax issues to the mediation table. In addition, Mr. Bromborsky is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Reb Brooks is a licensed psychologist who has been practicing in Central Bucks County since 1979. He provides individual, marital and family therapy in his practice in Doylestown and is certified in treating co-occurring disorders of mental illness and substance abuse. In addition to his practice, he provides workshops and training to both professionals and the community and has taught psychology related courses at Delaware Valley College for over 20 years.

Ms. Wenger graduated from Villanova University, holds several licenses for tax, insurance and investment. She currently manages over $20 million in assets on behalf of her loyal clients. Julie pursues her hobby, real estate investment, with the same dedication and acumen that she provides to her clients. She provides accounting-mediation services for Alpha Center for Divorce Mediation.

Ms. Elgart received her law degree from the New England School of Law. She comes to us from a background in family law litigation, and therefore is acutely aware of the pitfalls of the traditional litigation process. Ms. Elgart has chosen to leave traditional practice in order to emphasize her strengths in compassionate issue resolution and mediation. Ms. Elgart is responsible for our New Jersey offices located in Princeton, Marlton, Bridgewater and Roseland.

Maureen T. Gatto has been engaged in the practice of law since 1990. She is a graduate of Widener University School of Law. Prior to entering the field of law, she was employed for seventeen years as a registered nurse. Additionally, she has spent many years in various nonprofit endeavors. Attorney Gatto comes to Alpha Resource Center with a diverse background and a broad base of legal and life experiences. Having spent the majority of her legal career in the area of civil litigation, Ms. Gatto brings valuable knowledge and perspective to us. Her work in the area of child custody has brought international recognition. She is well versed in all aspects of domestic relations and has been a featured presenter on the topic of divorce for many years. She is a contributor to numerous legal publications. Attorney Gatto has served on the Executive Board of the Bucks County Bar Association and received the Association's President Award in 1997. She is also a past member of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys and 2008 recipient of the Doylestown Four-Way Test Award.

Ms. Gianitsos is a graduate of Hahnemann University Graduate School with a Masters Degree of Family Therapy. She has an undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has many years of experience working with children and their families as a consulting counselor in area school districts. Ms. Gianitsos is a therapist-mediator for the Alpha Resource Center.

Dr. Goode is a graduate of the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. She is in private practice in center city Philadelphia. She specializes in working with families adjusting to divorce and helping parents develop CO-parenting skills. Dr. Goode has worked with divorcing parents and families for ten years.

Jonathan P. McSurdy, , CFP, CRPC, ChFC, CLU, CASL, CAP
Jonathan P. McSurdy has extensive experience and valuable insights into the financial services industry. With that experience, he has developed his own unique process for financial planning. Focus first on portfolio expense mitigation and then build a plan or portfolio around that central tennant. Mr. McSurdy does not offer products he only offers advice. He does not accept commissions, asset management fees, or "trails." Mr. McSurdy is a Certified Financial Planner, the past President of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, and has served on many not-for-profit boards in the Bucks County area.

Karen K. Moon LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in Wayne, PA. She has over 16 years experience working in the employee assistance field where she helped employees cope with personal problems in the workplace. In her private practice, she specializes in grief and loss issues due to death, divorce and life transition. Ms. Moon works with individuals, families and adolescents.

Mr. Moyer graduated from Temple University with a degree in accounting. He is a licensed CPA with a practice in Pennsylvania. Mr. Moyer has spent many years working with business owners and individuals in establishing sound accounting practices and effective tax strategies. Steve is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's, and the American Institute of CPA's.

Cris has over 15 years of comprehensive legal experience. He began his career in public service as trial counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation in which he gained valuable civil litigation experience. After leaving the State, Cris found his true passion for family law and worked for several years as an associate to two family law firms in Montgomery and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. As an associate for these firms, he was a very compassionate and effective advocate in representing clients at all phases of their divorce case in court. Cris now has his own law practice in which he specializes mainly in collaborative divorces and mediation. He deeply believes in the great value of a mediated divorce whenever possible to avoid costly litigation. Cris is a graduate of Villanova University with a BA in English and Spanish and also graduated from Villanova's Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1992.

Cindy Rubenstein has been in the field of counseling psychology for eight years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University. Cindy's background encompasses the community mental health system, crisis intervention, drug and alcohol treatment and assessment, group, individual, and family therapy. She has experience working with children, couples, addictions, eating disorders, clients with a history of physical, emotional, and sexual trauma, and forensic psychology. Cindy works as a crisis worker for Lenape Valley Foundation at both Doylestown Hospital and Lower Bucks; in addition, she has a private practice in Doylestown working with clients and their families on a variety of issues. She enjoys working with families and children to resolve conflicts and family issues and is skilled in working with both intact and divorced families.

Ms. Yoder Schneider was born and raised in the Midwest. She is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. She has many years of experience practicing in all areas of matrimonial law, including working for judges presiding over all phases of family court matters.


Ms. Wahba is a graduate of George Washington University and Seton Hall University School of Law and is certified as a Divorce Mediator by the Institute for Dispute Resolution in Montclair, New Jersey. Michele is highly experienced in Divorce matters and will be providing Divorce Mediation services for the Alpha Center for Divorce Mediation.

Mr. Wolf is a sole practitioner with a concentration in taxation and litigation support services. He has an extensive background in individual, partnership and corporate taxation and is an experienced speaker. Mr. Wolf is a member of the New Jersey Bar and the AICPA and is licensed as a CPA in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
